DeepCool unveils AK500 CPU cooler with 240W heat dissipation

DeepCool is back with a new high-performance air cooler. Following on from the AK620, this month DeepCool is launching the AK500, a stylish CPU heatsink with a black shroud covering the top of the aluminium heatsink to help with aesthetics. 

The DeepCool AK500 is a single-tower CPU cooler, with a large heatsink, five heat popes and an efficient 120mm FDB fan. The FK120 fan can run between 500 and 1850 RPM, but a low noise adapter cable can cap the maximum speed at 1550 RPM for quieter performance. Overall, the cooler is rated for heat dissipation up to 240W, which is very impressive for single-tower air cooler.
