Zalman debuts Alpha AIO coolers featuring ‘triple water flow’ pump

Zalman has unveiled its latest line of AIO liquid coolers. Available in multiple sizes, the upcoming Alpha series packs some unique features that might help it to stand out from the competition.

The new Zalman coolers come with a rotatable RGB water block cover that allows you to adjust the pump inlet and outlet to your liking. In addition, it features a ‘triple water flow' pump design with an internal cooling fan that reduces residual fluid and prevents pump overload by separating the inflow and outflow of the coolant into three separate paths.

Available in black and white, the Zalman Alpha coolers also come with a range of radiator sizes: 240mm, 280mm and 360mm. Depending on the model, it packs 2x 140mm RGB fans or 3/2x 120mm RGB fans. All coolers use braided nylon sleeved and rubber tubing to withstand high temperatures without sacrificing durability and flexibility. The block's base is made of copper with 0.15mm fins.

RGB lighting effects can be synchronised with your system via a 3-pin RGB cable. Moreover, it comes with an ARGB controller that you may use to switch between LED modes and colours if your motherboard doesn't have the necessary header. All fans come with anti-vibration pads to reduce operating noise, and the radiators use mounting holes on both sides to allow for easier installation and mounting flexibility.

Socket compatibility includes Intel LGA2066/2011(v3)/1700/1200/115x and AMD AM4/3. The Zalman Alpha AIO liquid coolers will come out this month with a 3-year warranty. Pricing is yet to be revealed.
