MSI introduces the MEG CoreLiquid S series CPU coolers featuring an IPS display

MSI's new addition to its portfolio of CPU coolers is the MEG Coreliquid S series of AIO liquid coolers. Designed to be silent during operation, the new MEG Coreliquid S series will be available in two sizes, both featuring an IPS display that you can customise to your liking.

Available with a 360mm or a 280mm radiator, the MSI CoreLiquid S series comes equipped with a set of 3x 120mm or 2x 140mm Silent Gale fans, respectively. The fan blades are made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) to vibrate less and shaped with a 32º angle to retain airflow. Moreover, it features an HDB (hydro-dynamic bearing) to increase its lifespan and anti-vibration gaskets to dampen the noise.

The cooler block uses Asetek's 7th gen pump and comes with a 2.4-inch screen with a 320×240 resolution and 500nits of brightness. The screen may be used to display hardware information, images, videos, banners, GIFs, live weather or the system's clock.

Both the cooler's pump, fans and display can be configured through the MSI Center. Through the software, you may enable the Fan 0 RPM Mode on the water cooler to disable both the water block and the fans until the CPU reaches 80ºC. Once it does, the cooler will start working to reduce the temperature.

The CoreLiquid S series coolers are compatible with Intel LGA 1150/1151/1155/1156/1200/1700/2011/2011-3/2066 sockets, as well as AMD AM4/FM2+/FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/TR4/sTRX4/SP3 sockets.
