Corsair launches new iCUE Link-compatible RX performance fans

Corsair has announced the iCUE Link RX Series of PC cooling fans, expanding the company's iCUE Link ecosystem. The introduction of these fans is a step forward in the growth of Corsair's DIY component portfolio, offering more 120mm and 140mm fan options with and without RGB.

The RX Series fans include Corsair's Magnetic Dome bearings, AirGuide technology, and in-house fan blade design optimised for maximum cooling efficiency with radiator and PC case applications. With iCUE Link support now in place, these fans can be managed via Corsair's software, and synced up with any other Corsair hardware or peripherals.

Corsair's new RX fans use Liquid Crystal Polymer in non-RGB models. The fan blade and frame are reinforced with glass fibres, which increases their longevity. The RX Series provides digital control via the iCUE Link environment, allowing you to adjust your desired fan speeds of up to 2,100 RPM (120mm) or 1,700 RPM (140mm). Moreover, they also feature Corsair's unique Magnetic Dome bearings, resulting in less friction and noise while increasing fan lifetime. Lastly, the RX and RX RGB fans are the first to use Corsair Quikturn screws, which have unique threading for easy installation with a single twist.

The Corsair iCUE Link RX RGB fans are available in black and white, while non-RGB RX fans come in black. Starter packages come with three 120mm or two 140mm fans and an iCUE Link System Hub. The 120mm triple-pack costs £84.99 for the non-RGB version and £99.99 with RGB. The 140mm fans ship in a double pack, with the non-RGB pack costing £79.99 and the RGB version costing £94.99. Single fans are also available without the iCUE Link hub included, with the non-RGB fan going for £24.99 (120mm) and £29.99 (140mm), and RGB versions going for £29.99 (120mm) and £34.99 (140mm).
