EKWB launches a new distribution plate for the Lian Li PC-011D case

Although custom liquid cooling loops have been commonplace for some time, the addition of liquid distribution plates has become popular recently. EKWB has just announced a new distribution plate designed for the popular custom cooling chassis, the Lian Li PC-011D.

EK has added a new liquid cooling distribution plate to its Classic line of products. The EK-Classic DP Front PC-O11D D-RGB + SPC PWM is designed to provide a comprehensive cooling solution for one of the most popular custom liquid cooling cases available, the Lian Li PC-011D. According to EK, the new product offers an affordable solution and incredible aesthetics with its budget-conscious SPC pump and simplistic design.

Front-mounted distribution plates offer PC liquid cooling beginners a simple approach to the build process, as they require users to make less bends and provide an all-in-one solution with an integrated pump and reservoir. The EK-Classic DP Front PC-O11D D-RGB + SPC PWM distribution plate is designed to be mounted in the front of the Lian Li PC-011D.

EK has equipped the new distribution plate with G1/4 threaded inlet/outlet ports and addressable RGB lighting. The EK-Classic DP Front PC-O11D D-RGB + SPC PWM supports a single CPU and up to two GPUs, with a top-mounted radiator. The integrated RGB lighting is able to support RGB sync technology from all major motherboard brands with a 5V addressable D-RGB header.

EK-Classic DP Front PC-O11D D-RGB + SPC PWM Features:

  • Motor: Electronically commuted motor
  • Rated voltage: 12V DC
  • Power consumption: 6W
  • Maximum pressure head: 2.2m
  • Maximum flow rate: 250 L/h
  • Maximum liquid temperature: 50°C
  • Materials: PPS-GF30, EPDM O-rings, Aluminium oxide, graphite

The new EK classic distribution plate for the Lian Li PC-011D case is available now from the EKWebshop and other retail outlets, with a manufacturer suggested retail price of 194.90€.

KitGuru says: Personally, I love the idea of liquid distribution plates as they provide an excellent, cost-effective solution for custom liquid cooling, especially when they are designed to perfectly fit into a specific PC chassis.
