Reader Review: BeQuiet! Dark Rock 2

The Dark Rock 2 comes in a rather fetching black, white and orange box in keeping with the be quiet! colour scheme. The front of the box features a large image of the cooler itself along with its slogan (“No compromise silence and performance”) as well as the be quiet! logo and the TDP of the cooler.

On the flip side of the box there is a smaller outlined image of the cooler with labels detailing each part. The lower half features the technical specifications of the cooler and barcode.

The sides of the box feature a description of the product in 5 different languages along with a list of awards the Dark Rock series has won in the past.

Inside the box is a small, flat, brown box containing all of the mounting hardware for all of the different sockets and a small applicator (1g) of high performance thermal paste.

The cooler is cushioned inside of 2 pieces of foam for protection.

The packaging is rugged and seems high quality, thanks to the foam inside; I think it could survive undamaged during rough shipping.
