Thermaltake launches The Tower 500 mid-tower

Thermaltake has unveiled the first mid-tower PC case in the Tower series. The new Tower 500 Mid-Tower Chassis is a vertically designed case with three 4mm tempered glass panels for a panoramic view of your build.

Despite its mid-tower form-factor, The Tower 500 has a ton of room for hardware, including up to an E-ATX motherboard, up to eight 3.5″ HDDs or four HDDs and eight 2.5″ SSDs. The case comes with two preinstalled 120mm fans at the rear, but you can fit up to eleven 120mm fans throughout the case.

For All-In-One liquid cooling, users can choose to install a 360mm All-In-One cooler at the right side by using the radiator bracket, and by flipping the right side panel 180 degrees to allow direct heat extraction from the mesh to achieve an optimal cooling result. For DIY cooling, a custom LCS radiator up to 399mm will also fit with the right-side radiator bracket.

The Tower 500 has an optional LCD upgrade kit available for sale too. This gives users a 3.9-inch LCD screen with a bunch of customisable options, so you can use it to display custom images, or for real-time system monitoring.

The Tower 500 will be available in the UK soon, priced at £199.99 for the black or white versions. The optional LCD panel upgrade isn't available yet, but you can get more information about it on Thermaltake's website.
