Fractal Design Define S2 Vision arrives in RGB-clad and ‘blackout’ editions

Fractal Design makes some of the sleekest PC cases around and this week, the company is revamping one of its best offerings. The Define S2 Vision is a modified version of the popular S2 chassis with some key material and visual upgrades, including dark tempered glass.

The Define S2 Vision will be available in two versions. The first features Prisma Addressable RGB (ARGB) accessories, while the second is a ‘Blackout' version, fitted with Dynamic X2 PWM black fans, which are also now available to be bought separately. So if you want something a little more flashy, you can get the RGB-clad version but if you prefer the understated look that Fractal Design is well-known for, then you can get the Blackout edition instead.

Fractal hasn't compromised on cooling performance in favour of elegance. The S2 Vision comes with nine possible fan positions, support for custom water-cooling hardware, four 140mm PWM fans out of the box and a top panel system that lets users swap out the tempered glass for additional cooling.

The Fractal Design Define S2 Vision will be available at retailers around the world shortly. Here in the UK, the RGB version will cost £224.99, while the Blackout version will cost £179.99. If you just want one of Fractal's new Dynamic X2 fans, then those can be had for £11.99 or £12.99 a pop, depending on whether you want 120mm or 140mm.

KitGuru Says: The Define S2 Vision is certainly eye-catching, although it is quite pricey. Are any of you planning to build a new PC this year? Would you consider going with Fractal Design for your next case?
