Computex 2024: Fractal Design shows off new gaming chair, headphones and ITX cases

At Computex this week, Fractal Design is launching four new products, two of which include an expansion into brand new product categories for the company. Join Leo at the Fractal Computex booth in our latest video to get a closer look.

Fractal Design's first new product here is the Fractal Mood, designed to streamline the gaming station with a look that harmonises with modern homes. It has a minimised footprint, a sleek fabric outer body, a powerful 180mm fan for moving air up through the pillar-shaped body, and enough room for a 325mm graphics card. If you've ever wanted to build a console-sized gaming PC, Fractal now has you covered. The Fractal Mood will be available later this month, priced at $149.99.

The Fractal Era 2 is another small form factor case, with a refined design to improve cooling and improve water cooling compatibility. It has ventilation on five sides, including a magnet-fastened ventilation panel in solid walnut. The Fractal Era 2 will be launching in Q3, priced at $199.99 in Silver, Charcoal Grey or Midnight Blue.

The Fractal Refine is a new gaming chair, available in mesh or fabric form in light and dark colourway options. The top-end Alcantara version is also available, priced at $899.99 vs the usual $549.99 price tag for the mesh or fabric versions. It is more expensive as Alcantara is known for primarily being used in luxury sports cars. No matter which version you get though, all of them feature 4D padded artmrests, a removable memory foam headrest and a glass fibre-reinforced frame.

Last on the list is the Fractal Scrape, designed with clean lines, soft fabric and paired with a wireless charging stand. The Scape aims to offer ultra low-latency wireless audio, convenient charging and storage, and convenient access to comms while gaming. The Fractal Scrape is launching later this year, priced at $199.99.
