Computex 2024: DeepCool debuts new BTF case, Assassin IV VC Vision and more

At Computex, DeepCool showcased a variety of new hardware, including new Matrix AIO coolers, and an upgraded Assassin IV cooler with an added vapor chamber to increase cooling potential to 300W. We also get new cases, power supplies and a new touch of customisation for builds through Pixels.

Starting off with the new coolers, first up we have the Assassin IV VC Vision. This new version has a vapor chamber at the base for improved heat transfer. You also get a real-time CPU status display. The AK Digital Pro series feature multi-data screens with Core Touch technology and colour-coordinated temperature warnings for real-time monitoring. Finally, the new AN400 air cooler is designed for Mini ITX builds, offering effective cooling while maintaining a minimal footprint, ensuring compatibility for thinner cases and tall RAM.

The LP Matrix AIO liquid coolers feature a dot matrix screen, diffused ARGB around the pump and a set of FD12 ARGB fans on the radiator. The new FD12 and FD14 fans have second-gen 8-pin daisy chain cables to improve lighting control and enhance wire management.

On the case front, we see DeepCool with its first BTF form factor cases. The CH560R cases all support back-connector motherboards and feature a hybrid mesh and glass side panel to maintain a good mix of airflow and aesthetics. If you need something a bit smaller for a SFF build, the CH160 Mesh ITX case promises support for taller air coolers and ‘modern GPUs'. The CH170 Digital is an upgraded version with a digital monitoring screen included.

DeepCool is adopting the latest industry standards with its PN-M series of power supplies. These new units are compliant with ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1. The PX-S series offers the same functionality, but in a smaller SFX form factor for ITX builds.

The final debut from DeepCool here are Computex is ‘PIXELS'. These silicone pixel bits are molded and cut to fit into the grills of various DeepCool products, including the CH160, CH360, CH360 DIGITAL, CH560, CH560 DIGITAL, CH780, and MORPHEUS, with more models to be supported in the future.

KitGuru Says: We look forward to seeing the Assassin IV VC Vision in action, along with DeepCool's new-gen cases. Will you be keeping an eye out for any of DeepCool's upcoming products? We will have more DeepCool coverage going up soon, including a factory tour from our time at Computex last week.
