Thermaltake asked KitGuru to go the extra mile with the new Thermaltake Core P3 Pro case and produce a full-on PC build featuring a number of their Tough products. In addition to the Core P3 Pro case we also received a ToughLiquid Ultra 360 AIO cooler, 32GB of ToughRAM XG RGB D5-6000 memory, a stack of ToughFan 12 RGB fans and a ToughPower GF3 1200W Gold power supply. That little lot comes to a total of £1400 so we'd better make it good!

Thermaltake has named this case Core P3 Pro however they could have as easily named it Core P3 v2 as the Pro is very much a revision of the earlier case. Having said that, the changes are significant and allow the Pro to sit somewhere between the original Core P3 and the new Core P6 which encloses the hardware with glass panels on all sides. The open design of the Core P3 Pro means you can be certain of good air flow.
Our photo of the Mesh Liquid P3 KG in the original Core P3 dates from October 2017 and serves as a useful reminder of the limitations of the original chassis. When you look at the details of the Core P3 Pro you can see how Thermaltake has opened up the paths for air flow and has worked on increasing the options for radiators, fans and AIO coolers.

On the power supply side of things we have the new ToughPower GF3 1200W which supports the new ATX 3.0 standard and includes a native PCIe Gen 5.0 connector which means the PSU is ready for an Nvidia RTX 40-series graphics card.
The images here show some details about the ToughFan 12 RGB and ToughPower GF3 1200W. The fans sport RGB lighting that can be seen from the front, back and edges however the design and construction also bears some scrutiny. The fan blades use Liquid Crystal Polymer to ensure the blades maintain their shape (we have seen this material in high end fans from Phanteks and Noctua) . The Tough part of the name is earned by the use of a steel motor hub to guarantee stability and the frame of the fan seals the opening in the case to maintain the air pressure.
