Gigabyte’s new Aorus C400 Glass PC case comes with four RGB halo fans

Gigabyte has unveiled the Aorus C400 Glass mid-tower PC case, which has already clinched the 2024 Red Dot Design Award. The new Aorus case features a vertical airflow cooling design within a 40-litre chassis, resulting in a compact case that doesn't compromise on performance while offering broad component compatibility and easy assembly with its tool-less design.

The stack effect-inspired airflow system of the Aorus C400 Glass enhances vertical air convection to manage interior temperatures and promote heat dissipation by moving the PSU mounting location to the upper front. Also important for this cooling design are the large-area vent panels on the bottom, top, and front, which minimise obstructions while facilitating intake and exhaust airflow. Complementing this configuration are the four pre-installed 120mm ARGB and PWM fans positioned at the bottom and back to create an airflow channel.

Despite its modest dimensions, the C400 Glass accommodates ATX motherboards, 168mm tall CPU coolers, 360mm long graphics cards, and 160mm long PSUs. It supports up to seven 120mm fans for cooling and can house a 360mm radiator at both the top and bottom and a 120mm radiator at the back. Storage options include support for up to three 2.5″ SSDs or five 3.5″ HDDs. Moreover, the case provides flexibility for vertical and horizontal GPU installations.

The C400 Glass has many user-friendly features, including tool-less panels for easy access, a removable bracket for hassle-free top fan or radiator installation, and dust screens on the front, top, and bottom. The inclusion of a built-in ARGB and PWM hub controller further enhances the case's functionality, providing connections for additional RGB strips and cooling fans. The fans and RGB lighting can be adjusted and controlled via the Gigabyte Control Center.
