Catalyst Maker Terry Makedon moves to Fusion

Public hero and driver guru Terry Makedon, known to everyone as ‘Catalyst Maker' will be moving jobs within AMD. He wanted to let our readers know of his plans and he is excited about what lies ahead in 2011. I had a chat with him earlier today.

He told us “As of January 1st I will be changing jobs within AMD. I will switch from being the manager of software product management for Radeon to being the software marketing manager for Fusion APU's (Accelerated Processing Units). I am looking forward to working on the brand new and exciting market of APU's.”

Terry Makedon with his son and two lovely Elf girls.

We would like to wish him all the best with his new job, Fusion is an exciting technology and with his experience helping to drive it forward we can be sure it will be a success.
