OCUK Red Hot sale brings discounts to 3rd Gen Ryzen, gaming laptops, monitors and more

Amazon Prime Day may have passed but there are plenty of other tech deals floating around for those after a summer-time upgrade. Today, the Overclockers UK red hot sale has launched, with decent savings to be had across everything from pre-built PCs and laptops, to DIY PC components and peripherals.

On the gaming laptop front, there are two standouts, including the MSI GS65 with a 144Hz display, GTX 1070 graphics, 16GB of RAM and an Intel Core i7-8750H processor, which is now down to £1399.99. The ASUS TUF FX505DV is also worth looking at, with an RTX 2060 GPU, 120Hz display, 16GB of RAM and a Ryzen 7-3750H processor- certainly not a bad spec for £1099.99.

If you would rather pick up a pre-built gaming PC, then there are a few of those on sale at the moment too, including the OCUK Spectra, with an Intel Core i5-9400F, 16GB of RAM and an RX 580 GPU for £650.

Of course, if you are more interested in putting together your own rig, then there are a lot of deals to be had there too. The brand new Ryzen 7 3700X, Ryzen 5 3600X and Ryzen 5 3600 are all on sale. On top of that, there are deals on AMD's brand new Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card, in addition to the slightly older (but still powerful) RX VEGA 56 and 64 GPUs.

High refresh rate monitors are all coming down in price too, with options from LG, AOC, ASUS, MSI and others at up to 40 percent off. This is just a small example of everything on sale though, even if you are after a noblechair, a new chassis, a full desk-sized gaming mouse mat, a new keyboard, mouse, headset or some liquid cooling gear, you will be able to get some money off while this sale is going. You can check out the full sale, HERE.

KitGuru Says: Given all of the big launches that have happened in the last couple of months, there are going to be plenty of enthusiasts currently pricing up their next big upgrade. Be sure to check out the sale while it is on, as you'll be able to save quite a bit.
