TinyBuild announces Hello Neighbor 3 as a multiplayer game

The original Hello Neighbor was quite a big viral hit online when the indie stealth horror released back in 2017. While its sequel failed to live up to expectations, the publishers at TinyBuild have now announced a proper third entry in the series.

Releasing a devlog onto YouTube, TinyBuild officially announced that they are working on Hello Neighbor 3.

Described as another attempt “on a lifelong journey to create a unique sandbox where every decision is the right one,” Hello Neighbor 3 will be a multiplayer title, this time having you invade other players’ houses – all the while trying to increase the security in your own property.

As mentioned, the original Hello Neighbor was a massive hit – one which the team have so far struggled to live up to with its successors.

Its sequel  unfortunately went through a ton of different changes over the course of its development – for better and for worse.

That said, with the 3rd proper entry it seems as though the team have hunkered down to figure out exactly what makes the series an enticing one.

Hopefully Hello Neighbor 3 does not disappoint when it comes to PC at some point in the future. The Steam page can be found HERE.
