StarCraft Remastered and StarCraft II: Campaign Collection are heading to Game Pass

In a surprise announcement today, Microsoft announced that StarCraft: Remastered and StarCraft II will soon be available via Game Pass. Starting in November, anyone with a PC Game Pass subscription will be able to download and play these legendary RTS games. Better yet, the expansions for StarCraft II are also included.

With StarCraft being such a huge hit in Asia, this announcement was made live at the Tokyo Game Show today. In StarCraft Remastered, players can return to the game that started it all, with remastered maps, units and buildings. The Remaster also includes multiplayer, so you can jump into intense battles online against friends or strangers.

StarCraft II is in my opinion, the best RTS game ever made, particularly as far as campaigns are concerned. The StarCraft II: Campaign Collection includes the base game's campaign, as well as the expansions, so you can experience the Sci-Fi war epic from start to finish. When you are done with that, you can jump into multiplayer modes, including Versus, Co-Op, Arcade and Custom.

The StarCraft games will be playable via Game Pass starting on the 5th of November 2024.

KitGuru Says: Have you ever played through the StarCraft campaigns? If you've missed out previously, then I can't recommend them highly enough.
