Nvidia rolls out Game Ready driver for Final Fantasy 16 & God of War: Ragnarök on PC

There are more than a few major games landing on PC for the first time in the week ahead. For starters, we're getting the long-awaited sequel to strategy-survival hit, Frostpunk. On top of that, two major PS5 exclusives are coming to PC for the first time, including God of War: Ragnarok and Final Fantasy 16.

If you are using an Nvidia graphics card and want to be prepared to jump right into one of these games at launch, then you'll want to install this week's new GeForce Game Ready 561.09 WHQL driver, which includes optimisations for the full version of Final Fantasy 16, as well as God of War: Ragnarök and Frostpunk 2.

Final Fantasy 16 will support DLSS 3, DLAA and Nvidia Reflex at launch, while God of War Ragnarök will include DLSS 3 and Nvidia Reflex at launch, seemingly with no DLAA option.

This week's new driver also includes new Optimal Settings for Star Wars Outlaws, F1 Manager 2024 and Black Myth Wukong, so you can easily have your game running at recommended detail settings for your hardware at the press of a button.

You can download the new GeForce driver through the Nvidia app, or directly through Nvidia's website.
