Lian Li’s Dan Case A3 just got a wood makeover

In collaboration with Dan Hansen, Lian Li has unveiled the new Dan Case A3 Wooden Edition, a refined iteration of the original DAN Case A3 featuring a wooden front panel. This updated version retains the A3's signature minimalist aesthetic and form factor while introducing wooden accents to improve its aesthetics.

The standout feature of the new Wooden Edition is its front panel, a departure from the standard plastic design of the original A3. In place of the plastic panel, the Wooden Edition features wooden slats that cover the mesh without completely blocking air from coming through.

Known for its compact dimensions, the Lian Li Dan Case A3 offers ample space for component installation, accommodating the latest GPUs (up to 415 mm long) and supporting both Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX motherboards. The case also can be reconfigured to house ATX, SFX-L, and Lian Li Edge power supplies up to 220mm in length. On top of that, the front I/O features a USB-C 3.1 port, 2x USB-A 3.0 ports, a 3.5-mm audio output and a 3.5-mm audio input.

Cooling compatibility in this case, like the original, is also pretty good despite its compact form factor. The new DAN Case A3 has space for up to 10x 120mm fans (or four 140 mm fans), mesh panels on the top and sides, and support for 165 mm tall CPU air coolers or two 360-mm radiators simultaneously.

Similar to the original A3, you can replace the left side mesh panel with a tempered glass panel that can be acquired for £10.99. The Lian Li Dan Case A3 Black Wooden Edition is now available for pre-order for £74.99 at Overclockers UK.
