Hellblade 2, Immortals of Aveum and more head to Game Pass this month

We've come up to the second half of the month, which means it is now time for a new wave of Xbox Game Pass titles to be announced. The big headliner here is Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2, the highly anticipated sequel to Ninja Theory's beloved action-horror game.

Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 was first announced four years ago and has been one of the most anticipated Xbox exclusives ever since. As an Xbox first-party game, it will also be landing on PC on day-one, via stores like Steam, and through Game Pass. Ninja Theory made a great impression with the first game, which made excellent use of Unreal Engine 4 technology. For Hellblade 2, we're getting a jump to Unreal Engine 5, with the latest visual-enhancing techniques all in place.

Here is the full list of titles heading to Game Pass over the next couple of weeks, including dates and available platforms:

  • Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons (Cloud, Console and PC) – Available Today.
  • Chants of Sennaar (Cloud, Console and PC) – May 15th.
  • EA Sports NHL 24 (Cloud) – May 16th.
  • Immortals of Aveum (Cloud, Console and PC) – May 16th.
  • Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 (Cloud, Console and PC) – May 21st.
  • Galacticare (Cloud Console and PC) – May 23rd.
  • Hauntii (Cloud, Console and PC) – May 23rd.
  • Moving Out 2 (Cloud, Console and PC) – May 28th.
  • Humanity (Cloud, Console and PC) – May 30th.
  • Lords of the Fallen (Cloud, Console and PC) – May 30th.
  • Firework (PC) – June 4th.
  • Rolling Hills (Cloud, Console and PC) – June 4th.

Given that the first wave of titles for May was so small, this second wave includes quite a few more games than we typically see month-to-month. June will no doubt be a great month for Game Pass announcements too, as the Xbox Games Showcase is set to take place.
