GeForce Now gets major improvements on Steam Deck alongside new games

May is set to be a big month for GeForce Now. Users can expect 24 more games to land on the service in the weeks ahead, and better yet, Nvidia has now issued a very important update for getting GeForce Now working on handheld devices like the Steam Deck.

You'll soon be able to use GeForce Now on your Steam Deck properly, without any tinkering required. A new beta installation method for GeForce Now on the Steam Deck will automatically grab Google Chrome and make all the necessary setting adjustments to get you straight into the action. Additionally, you can now navigate the GeForce Now menus entirely with a gamepad through the web version, which will make using the service even easier across many devices.

As for new games joining GeForce Now, there are seven arriving this week, including:

  • Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice (Steam and Xbox, available on PC Game Pass)
  • Stormgate Closed Beta (New release on Steam, April 30, sign up for access)

  • FOUNDRY (New release on Steam, May 2)
