Palworld had the biggest launch ever for a third-party Game Pass title

Palworld has taken the gaming world by storm since its debut earlier this month. It has become the largest third-party Game Pass launch in just ten days, reaching over 7 million players across Xbox consoles, PC and the cloud.

The Steam version of Palworld is a few updates ahead of the Xbox version (Microsoft Store version included). Even so, the game already has over 7 million players on Microsoft's gaming platform, with a peak of nearly 3 million daily active users.

PocketPair is refining the experience before a full 1.0 release and actively listening to player input. Cross-play is one of the most popular requests from fans, and the team is working towards making it a reality. Xbox is providing support to Pocketpair to improve the Xbox version of the game, as well as technical assistance in enabling dedicated servers, optimising GPU and RAM usage, and expediting accessibility updates.

Palworld is available via the Game Preview program on the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows PC. The game is accessible to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass subscribers, as well as Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) users with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
