Boulies Ninja Pro Gaming Chair Review

Rating: 7.5.

Having featured twice on KitGuru in the past, Boulies are back to collect their hat-trick ball. This time around it's their Ninja Pro gaming chair being put through its paces. The Ninja Pro is available in a single variant, finished in a combination of PU leather and microfiber suede. Taking a lot of inspiration from seats found in the sports cars, can this gaming chair still provide a comfortable gaming/working experience while focusing so much on looks?

Pros:

  • Generous seat depth.
  • Comfortable and soft padding.
  • Good rear thigh support.
  • Race car seat aesthetic.

Cons:

  • Lack of adjustable lumbar support.
  • Poor quality and finishing on the stitching.
  • Race car seat aesthetic won't be for everyone.

KitGuru says: The Ninja Pro chair from Boulies is a comfortable, yet simple chair. It's lack of adjustable lumbar support is a bit of a miss but is slightly compensated with the inclusion of  a lumbar support pillow. The same can be said for the lack of adjustable seat depth, however the generous seat depth provided ‘as is' by the Ninja Pro is plenty. The soft padding provided on the backs of the thighs makes a big difference to comfort levels when compared to chairs that have a more firm filling in this area. The quality and attention to detail on the stitching of our review model was poor and let us down quite a bit, but the overall experience of using the chair was good. Overall, the Ninja Pro provides a good level of comfort but lacks some adjustability and attention to detail.
