MSI launches new range of affordable mechanical keyboards

MSI has recently unveiled the Vigor GK41 keyboard line-up, consisting of two feature-rich gaming keyboards with an affordable price tag. The Vigor GK41 and its sibling, the Vigor GK41 Dusk, feature the main features many gamers look for, including Red mechanical switches, customisable hotkeys and RGB, all at an affordable price.

The Vigor GK41 features Kailh Linear Red switches, providing great responsiveness for gamers looking for the ideal keystroke. For an entry-level keyboard, the GK41 offers pretty good RGB lighting using 6 fixed colour LEDs in 10 separate lighting zones, which can be configured via MSI Centre. This software is also used to customise macros, set up combo keys for changeable lighting effects, and configure the media buttons. The adjustable stand with three angles (0°, 3°, and 7°) guarantees ergonomic comfort. The keyboard also has 100% anti-ghosting keys.

The Vigor GK41 Dusk is a lot like the original GK41 but features per-key RGB lighting and RGB light bars on the sides for some extra RGB galore. The Vigor GK41 Dusk's distinctive design incorporates unusual black, grey, and red keycaps, as well as an additional set to personalise your setup. Thanks to MSI Centre, gamers can customise lighting effects and macro settings. It also features a three-stage adjustable stand (0°, 3°, or 7°) and 100% anti-ghosting keys.

The Vigor GK41 is already available in some stores, but the Dusk variant isn't. In the UK, the GK41 is available for £49.99, while in Europe, pricing ranges between €35 and €70, depending on the keyboard layout. Once available, the Vigor GK41 Dusk should be priced slightly higher.
