Nintendo 3DS to get new joystick?

Engadget scanned in the image above which shows a cradle fitted to the Nintendo console, apparently adding a R2 button, as well as a starboard circle pad. This peripheral may have been added just for the Monster Hunter Tri G, an unannounced game that looks to be have been leaked in the same issue of the magazine.

Kitguru says: Nintendo have yet to confirm any of the details.

On the other hand if there will b indeed a hardware revision, then this peripheral at least will help the early adopters not to be alienated by the revision, the way Dsi affected the early adopters of the Nintendo DS. First generation DS owners are able to play GBA games but no DSi Ware. I personally hope that this gadget is just for a specific game
