Seagate introduces Star Wars-themed portable FireCuda HDDs

Seagate has launched a number of special edition portable HDDs in recent years, often teaming up with Xbox or PlayStation for big launches. This time around, Seagate is taking on the Star Wars license, unveiling three themed portable HDDs featuring art inspired by some of the series' most popular heroes and villains.

Each of the three new portable FireCuda HDDs features a hero/villain from the famous series. Each of the three models has a specific RGB lighting preset: a forceful blue for Luke Skywalker, a wrathful red for Darth Vader, and a white glow reminiscent of the Millennium Falcon for Han Solo. If you want to change things up a bit, the RGB LED lighting can be customised to your liking.

The new Star Wars-themed portable FireCuda HDDs work with PC, Mac, PlayStation, and Xbox. Each of them comes with 2TB of storage, which should be more than enough for most users, even if you use it to store games. Connectivity to the systems is made via a USB-A 3.2 Gen1 interface, offering universal compatibility and quick transfer speeds.

These new collectable drives are available starting this month, priced at $109.99. Discuss on our Facebook page, HERE.
