Assassin’s Creed Odyssey comes to Game Pass

Xbox Game Pass sees a whole host of titles come and go on a monthly basis. As part of Microsoft’s recent Tokyo Game Show stream, it was announced that Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is now available on Xbox Game Pass.

Microsoft recently held an ID@Xbox showcase where the console manufacturer announced a plethora of indie titles being added to the service, including You Suck at Parking, Despot’s Game: Dystopian Army Builder and more. Those who enjoy a more all-encompassing gaming experience however need look no further than Ubisoft's highly praised and massive open-world Assassin’s Creed Odyssey as it is now available on Xbox Game Pass.

Though not the most recent title in the franchise, AC: Odyssey is one of the series’ most praised, thanks to the game’s endless amount of content, likable protagonists and a beautiful open-world.

It is worth noting that none of the game’s many pieces of DLC will be included, meaning if you wish to experience the Legacy of the First Blade or the Fate of Atlantis storylines, you’ll have to pony up the cash. Regardless, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey in its base form has more than enough content to keep you playing for weeks to come, and as such is a welcome addition to Xbox Game Pass.

KitGuru says: What do you think of this addition? Have you played Assassin’s Creed Odyssey? How often do you play a game’s DLC? Let us know down below.
