CrossfireX headlines February Xbox Game Pass update

Following on from leaks yesterday morning, Microsoft has officially announced the games coming to Xbox Game Pass over the next two weeks. While the games shown on the leaked image yesterday were accurate, it turns out the leak did not include the full list of titles coming to Game Pass in the first half of the month.

The initial list of nine games are all still coming to Xbox Game Pass between February 3rd and February 14th. However, as Microsoft has now confirmed, CrossfireX will also be joining the line-up this month. Initially announced as coming to Xbox at E3 a couple of years ago, CrossfireX is one of the most popular shooters in the world and is now coming to the west with a little help from Xbox and Remedy Entertainment, who developed a brand new campaign mode for the game to mark the console launch.

Here is the full list of Xbox Game Pass titles arriving over the next couple of weeks, complete with dates:

February 3

  • Contrast (cloud and console)
  • Dreamscaper (cloud, console and PC)
  • Telling Lies (cloud, console and PC)

February 10

  • Besiege (cloud, console and PC)
  • CrossfireX (console)
  • Edge of Eternity (cloud, console and PC)
  • Skul: The Hero Slayer (cloud, console and PC)
  • The Last Kids on Earth and the Staff of Doom (cloud, console and PC)

February 14

  • Ark: Ultimate Survivor Edition (cloud, console and PC)
  • Infernax (cloud, console and PC)

Microsoft will announce a second batch of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in a couple of weeks to cover up to the end of February.

KitGuru Says: Remedy has always done well with shooter campaigns, so I'm looking forward to seeing what the studio has crafted with its campaign for CrossfireX. Is there anything you'll be playing on Xbox Game Pass this month?
