Corsair launches its first gaming monitor – the Xeneon 32QHD165

In the last decade, Corsair has been expanding into multiple new markets, launching peripherals, water cooling components, custom PCs and streaming gear. Now, Corsair is getting into gaming monitors too, starting off with the Xeneon 32QHD165.

As the name implies, the Xeneon 32QHD165 will come with a 32-inch panel with a 165Hz refresh rate. The panel uses IPS with Quantum Dot technology and has a WQHD resolution and response time of <3ms GtG. With a contrast ratio rated at 1000:1 and a typical brightness set at 400nits in SDR and 440nits in HDR, the Corsair monitor covers 98% of the DCI-P3 gamut, 100% of the AdobeRGB spectrum and 100% of the sRGB colour space. This allowed the monitor to be certified as VESA DisplayHDR 400. The new Xeneon 32QHD165 supports AMD FreeSync Premium and is Nvidia G-Sync compatible, offering a tear-free gaming experience for most gaming systems of today.

The aluminium stand features a unique design aimed at streamers. On top of the stand, there's a ¼” threading that you can use to mount streaming gear, like the Elgato Multi Mount. To further integrate the monitor with your streaming setup, the Xeneon is compatible with Elgato Stream Deck software. To change the monitor settings, it's recommended to use the iCUE software. The included stand allows for tilt and height adjustment.

Corsair's first gaming monitor brings multiple connectivity options for your devices, including x HDMI 2.0 ports and 1x DisplayPort 1.4, as well as 2x USB-C 3.1 and 2x USB-A 3.1 ports. There's a cable management system that you may use to hide the cabling to make your setup cleaner. Backed by a three-year warranty, including a ZERO DEAD PIXEL policy, the Xeneon 32QHD165 is now available for $799.99.
