Cyberpunk 2077 concept art gives us a look at another bleak district of Night City

CD Projekt Red is continuing to release little teasers for Cyberpunk 2077 to tide us over until the game’s new release date in November. This week, the studio is returning to concept art again, this time giving us a view of the Heywood district, which is split between modern skyscrapers and slums.

As CD Projekt Red explains, Heywood is “a neighbourhood of contrast”. featuring “modern skyscrapers and parks in the north” and “dangerous, inhospitable slums in the south”.

Heywood is described as “the biggest bedroom in Night City”, paving the way for gangs to run their legal and illegal businesses. Some of the gangs you'll find in this area of Night City include the Valentinos and 6th Street.

It might not be the most dangerous place in Night City though. As we learned last week, Santo Domingo also has plenty of people making “a desperate living”, with many housed in crowded ‘megabuildings'.

KitGuru Says: I'm enjoying learning little details about Night City and its different areas. It would seem that CD Projekt Red is putting in a lot of work to differentiate different districts and give them their own unique look and feel.
