Thermaltake’s S500 chassis is now available in white

Thermaltake is obviously feeling the Christmas spirit since it was announced that it's S500 Tempered Glass Mid Tower Chassis is now available for pre-order in a white version – the S500 Tempered Glass Snow Edition.

The idea behind the Snow Edition S500 is to produce a sleek, simple and elegant case. The Thermaltake S500 Snow Edition features a sophisticated and simple design and is manufactured from a modern steel construction. The immaculate snow-white panels for the S500 makes it easy for users to build an all-white themed system.

The Thermaltake S500 Snow Edition features a 4mm tempered glass side window panel to offer a great view of internal hardware, with two pre-installed 140mm fans at the front and a single 120mm fan in the rear for enhanced airflow.

A full metal structure provides a sturdy construction with plenty of air intakes for excellent airflow across components. The S500 also features a fully modular design, vertical radiator and GPU mounting, patented rotational PCIe slots and support for up to 200mm fans.

The S500 Snow Edition offers users outstanding expandability with support for CPU coolers up to 172mm tall and dual VGA slots that can accommodate graphics cards up to 400m long with the HDD rack removed. A removable power PSU shroud is included and power supplies up to 220mm long an be installed.

Along with the pre-installed fans, the S500 can house up to three 140mm or two 200mm fans in the front and up to two 200mm fans at the top, as well as 360mm and 420mm radiators at the front to provide excellent cooling options for enthusiast system builders.

The Thermaltake S500 Snow Edition is available for pre-order at around £110 in the UK and is expected to ship early in January 2020.
