We want to know what graphics card you are running in 2017

Every now and then, we like to check in with our readers and see what you guys are running in your gaming rigs, so today, over on our Facebook page, we are running a poll to see which of you are running an AMD or an Nvidia graphics card.

We have ran a few Facebook polls recently with great success. We found overwhelming support for AMD's Ryzen release amongst our readers, while our 60Hz VS High refresh rate monitor poll was a little more divisive.

This week, we are looking to find how many of you are running an Nvidia GPU and how many of you are on the AMD Radeon team. We will be sharing the results publicly tomorrow, so head HERE to vote while you still can.

KitGuru Says: I'll be looking forward to seeing the results of this one! Check back here tomorrow for the results.Β

  1. There’s not option for both…

  2. There’s not an option for screw Facebook lol but I’m still running my AMD Sapphire R9 290X Vapor X and this weekend I finished Rise of the Tomb Raider and to these tired old 40yr old eyes I wouldn’t have noticed an extra fps

  3. No facebook. AMD all the way; forever.

No FB, so I’ll post here:
    Matrox G400 Max πŸ˜€
(Soon-to-be) R9 290x crossfire 2-way (still unsure though, can that do 1440p at ultra settings?)
OEM Nvidia card (don’t recall which, think it is a 700 series)
    GTX 970m
    Intel HD 5500

  5. Google is paying 97$ per hour! Work for few hours and have longer with friends & family! !mj226:

  6. Exactly what I was going to post.

    Green in the Laptop
    Red in the Desktop

  7. I raise you 41yr old eyes + MSI 290X πŸ™‚

  8. How do you find it? I honestly don’t think I need any better. I game at 1440p and that’s good enough for me.

  9. Still going strong! Coupled with my trusty old 2500K @ 4Ghz, I also game at 1440p (and up to 144hz with Freesync). I bought my 290X when BF4 launched but upgraded my monitor around March 2015 and I didn’t drop any settings down for any games, still playing on Very High for most games (BF4, GTA V) and I easily get 120-140 fps on Rocket League maxed out.
I’m looking at building a nice (and hopefully cheap-ish) quiet little mini ITX for my 4K TV in the lounge later this year too. Very possibly (read probably) with Zen/Vega. πŸ™‚

  10. With a 290X you can do 1440p Ultra now on the majority of games. Might be because mines the Vapor-x which comes factory Overclocked at 1030mhz and easily goes over 1100mhz and I don’t need huge framerates. Your going to need a 1000W PSU and a friendly energy supplier for a pair of them.

    :DD
Are there other options for lower-cost 1440p?
    I Have 2 PCIe x16 slots (technically 2.0 x8).

  12. Nothing at all wrong with the AMD RX480 which have dropped to ridiculous prices, as low as Β£150 for a 4gb or Β£180 for the 8gb. Better performing than the 290X and more efficient. If you wait a few weeks they are going to get a refresh as the RX580 which means you can pick up the old one a bit cheaper or wait to see what improvements come with the refresh. Hope that helps.
Edit: You only need a single card.

I’ve got an older system though. 2x AMD Opteron 2393 se
