nVidia partner Point Of View have detailed specifications of the new 10.1 tablet they are releasing featuring nVidia Tegra.
The Point Of View Mobii tablet features a capacitive multi touch screen (1024×600) with 512mb of system memory and 512mb of NAND flash memory with support for up to 32GB via Micro SD cards. The main talking point however is the nVidia Tegra 250 chip, a 1GHZ dual core Cortex A9. Unlike the Apple iPad there is full support for Adobe Flash and POV say that it will handle 1080p video without problem. We would expect gaming to be good on this platform as well.
Pricing and release date information is still sketchy, but we would expect it before the end of the year.
