Huawei set to unveil some Windows Phone devices

Huawei have made some sucessful value orientated Android smartphones in recent years and as they make a move to the high-end, they are about to unveil two Windows Phone 8 devices.

On a media event on September 25th the Chinese company is set to unveil the Ascend W1 and Ascend W2. The W1 is set to take on the Nokia Lumia 820 and HTC 8S, while the Ascend W2 will compete with the Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC 8X. No detailed specifications are known about either device at this time.

Both devices are expected to be made available in the November-December period in the United States, Europe and China.

KitGuru says: Huawei are traditionally known for undercutting the competition while delivering solid products, their Windows Phone devices should be no different.
